This end user license agreement ("agreement") governs access to and use of Signal Navigator, a product of Data Center Signals ("DCS"). By creating an account, you agree to the terms below. 1. Acceptable use. Signal Navigator is provided for the purpose of researching, comparing, and engaging with data center providers, facilities, and inventory. You agree not to misuse the platform, misrepresent your identity or your organization, or submit false information in any profile, listing, message, or report. 2. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify DCS promptly of any unauthorized use. 3. Content and listings. Provider profiles, facility profiles, and inventory data submitted through the platform are represented by their submitters as accurate to the best of their knowledge. DCS does not independently verify every submission and disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies, though it provides a reporting mechanism for flagging them. 4. Communications. Contacting a provider through Signal Navigator shares your contact details and message with that provider so they may respond to your inquiry. 5. Termination. DCS may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or applicable law. 6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. Signal Navigator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. 7. Changes. DCS may update this agreement from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
